Andy Sayner

Andy is the founding partner of Sayner Real Estate and deals with commercial property across all sectors.

Andy started his career with CBRE in 1988 and has spent the last 20 years at Head of Investment at CBRE (Bristol). He has 35 years’ experience in the commercial property industry and has transacted over £3.5 billion of investments. Andy has had numerous highlights during his career including the acquisition of 10 Canons Way, Bristol (£95m), the sale of Bircham Park, Plymouth (£22m) and the acquisition of Keypoint, Bristol (£17m).

Andy has recently been involved in the acquisition of Argos, Bridgend, the acquisition of Prudential Buildings, Bristol (£22.5m) and Langley Park, Chippenham (£19.25m).

Diana is Office Manager and joined Sayner Real Estate in 2023. She supports the team and ensures the smooth running of the office.
